This project was created for Midas as a tribute to the company's employees, celebrating the people who are at the heart of its success. The goal was to create personalized caricatures of every team member, capturing each person's most distinctive features and personality in a fun, engaging, and expressive way. The final group illustration strengthened the company's sense of community while making the celebration even more meaningful.
The illustrations were brought to life across a wide range of internal applications, serving as avatars on the company's internal platforms and expanding into personalized cards, stickers, mugs, and various office items. Seeing each employee embrace their own caricature and watching the artwork evolve into so many different branded materials was incredibly rewarding. Beyond honoring the team, the project demonstrated how illustration can foster genuine connections and transform a simple tribute into a lasting and memorable experience for everyone involved.
